If Investor Residence column not provided: default all to UK.

If Investor Residence column is provided, but there are missing values - error.

Year and Month header names should be exactly "Year" and "Month" where possible. We have added some handling for case sensitivity and underscores, but they should never put anything other than "Year" and "Month".

Wrapper: values can be case insensitive, e.g. Unwrapped, unwrapped and UNWRAPPED are all acceptable. But must be one of the accepted values, ISA, JISA, Insurance Bonds, Offshore Bonds, PEP, Personal Pensions, SIPP or Unwrapped

FUM, Sales and Repurchases do not leave empty, and do not use "-" or any other special characters to denote zero value. Use "0" always. Do not use currency special characters e.g. £, or commas or any separators.

The order of the headers must adhere to the guideline (the screenshots below). This is because when the file is loaded, all header names are normalised according to the column number.
